Overview

The 2025 Women’s Camp held at Sandy Lake County was a deeply enriching and spiritually uplifting experience. Women from various regions came together in unity, fellowship, and faith for three impactful days of worship, teaching, interaction, and communion with God and one another. We had 14 ladies attend.

Day 1 – Friday, July 25

Arrival & Setup: Participants arrived in the afternoon, with joyful collaboration as tents were erected, motorhome parked, and the camp area was set up.

Evening Session: Terry delivered a heartfelt welcome address, encouraging everyone to come with open hearts, ready to receive the best from God.

Campfire Praise & Worship: The evening concluded with a powerful time of praise around the campfire. The gentle wind, rustling through the trees, reminded us of Isaiah 55:12—“…the trees of the field will clap their hands.” The presence of God was tangible, mirrored in the harmony of nature around us.

Day 2 – Saturday, July 26

Morning:
Our daily start eith individuals quiet time and personal reflection and cleaning up.
Thrrafter, breakfast was shared in fellowship, followed by casual interactions, prayers, and connection among participants.

The morning session interaction led into a reflective Bible discussion on “The Fountain of Life.” Scripture was shared, and participants read and engaged with a written article on the topic, drawing deep insights from the Word.

Midday:

After lunch, we moved into one of the most emotional and spiritually intense segments of the camp: Marriage and Overcoming Marital Challenges.

This interactive session opened space for vulnerability, healing, and honest conversation. Tears were shed, and burdens were lifted through heartfelt intercession and group prayers.

Afternoon Activities:

A sports session followed, providing time for physical refreshment, laughter, and bonding.

There was also space for personal reflection and quiet time, allowing participants to rest and process the day’s experiences.

Evening:

The final session for the day centered around the topics of Faith and Hope. We learned the importance of surrendering control and allowing the experienced Captain—God—to steer our boat, especially through the stormy oceans of life.

Once again, the evening ended with a spirit-filled campfire session, bringing everyone together in warmth and worship.

Day 3 – Sunday, July 27

Morning Worship & Closing:

As usual, the day began with personal time with God, as each individual engaged in quiet reflection and devotion. While breakfast was being prepared, some participants enjoyed berry picking in the peaceful surroundings. After breakfast, we came together for a time of heartfelt corporate prayers and worship

The weekend concluded with a Bible study from Colossians Chapter 3, grounding us in the Word and commissioning us back into our daily dedicated lives with renewed strength and purpose.

Conclusion

The 2025 Women’s Camp was more than a retreat—it was a sacred encounter with God in the midst of nature. The beauty of Sandy Lake, the unity among the women, and the move of the Holy Spirit throughout every session left a lasting impact. We return home refreshed, encouraged, and empowered to continue our walk of faith.
